Prior to establishing mVentures, I spent over 14 years working for both NASA and United Space Alliance in multiple roles with increasing responsibility, including Executive Office Administrator, Business Operations, Training, and Project Management. My passion is working with small businesses and entrepreneurs,helping them turn their visions into reality and bringing balance to their lives. I thrive at bringing organization, planning and vision to my clients.
When I’m not working on great client relationships, I love traveling, reading, being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends. Jennifer resides in Denver, CO with her husband and 2 kids.

Sarah spent over a decade at NASA and United Space Alliance, progressing from Executive Office Administrator to Business Analyst—managing salary planning and budget variance analysis, and supporting the Space Shuttle Program Manager and CFO. Proven expertise in payroll administration, employee benefits, onboarding, and HR compliance, combined with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance reporting. Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes, support senior executives, and deliver accurate, data-driven insights in high-pressure environments. Known for strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Sarah resides in Houston, TX with her husband and 2 kids.
Heather Garfield
Heather is a seasoned professional with 20+ years in executive support, project coordination, contract administration, and business operations. Her background at Baker Hughes and other fast-paced organizations honed her ability to manage complex priorities and keep initiatives moving forward. At mVentures, she serves as Business Development Coordinator, supporting lead research and relationship development. Heather resides in Houston, TX with her husband and daughter.
Kerry Sanders
Kerry brings a strong foundation in financial and administrative operations from her experience as a Bookkeeper and Secretary at a CPA firm. In this role, she expertly managed monthly client bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts payable, and schedule coordination, showcasing her proficiency with Excel and standard accounting software. Kerry's meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills ensured smooth, efficient office workflows and accurate financial management.
In addition to her financial expertise, Kerry has over 20 years of dedication as an educator, specializing in mathematics instruction at various academic levels. Her extensive background in education adds a unique perspective to her work, combining analytical rigor with dependable support for business operations. Kerry embodies a collaborative spirit, reliability, and a commitment to excellence, making her a valuable asset to any team.
